Bruce Farrell directs the day-to-day real estate development activities of Sora.  He is responsible for seeing that the company’s projects stay on course, timeline and budget.  Bruce manages the company’s project managers and oversees their relationships with the various architectural, construction, planning and engineering firms, as well as guiding projects through the permitting and site approval processes.

One of the original members of Sora, Bruce has 23 years experience in the real estate development and construction fields.  He has worked as a general contractor, project manager, development and redevelopment manager, and designer on projects in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
