Since joining Sora in January of 2008, John Muly has been responsible for qualifying new project opportunities, acquiring land and development projects.  In addition, John oversees the retail leasing efforts for the Rowan Boulevard project.

Prior to joining Sora, John was involved in the acquisition process for some of the region’s largest real estate development firms.  His expertise includes property acquisition and land assemblage for apartment complexes, retail shopping centers, housing developments, and redevelopment projects.
