Tim brings over 25 years of experience to SORA having been a Partner at a 128-person architecture firm headquartered in Baltimore, MD. He also adds Developer/Owner Representative experience for the past 5 years on such projects as a 200-acre mixed use site incorporating Senior Housing, Retail, Office and Industrial product; and a 300-unit Senior Housing project in Baltimore City.

Tim’s responsibilities include:
Management of architecture, design, administration of the Rowan Boulevard project. Performs design overview and preparation of proposed hotel site, & E-1/D-1 buildings. Responsible for input on the development budget, market feasibility study, and financial Pro-forma for the entirety of the A-3 building, encompassing 136-units of senior housing with retail below, a 13,500 s/ft grocery store, 406-car parking structure and potential of 41 units of faculty housing. Interacts with the business development team to understand the current and future requirements of the Glassboro Redevelopment Project, and reviews the work-product of the outside consultants for cost savings and design revisions/solutions.
