Tom Fore has more than 20 years experience in the construction and real estate development industry throughout the Mid-Atlantic. As a developer, property owner and project manager, Tom has extensive experience in project financing, planning and construction of over three million square feet of residential development and urban in-fill commercial mixed-use space for over $500 million of project costs.

As a co-founder and Principal of Sora, Tom has responsibility for corporate strategy, business development, finances and land acquisition for Sora Holdings. His leadership has helped to create the renowned Rowan Boulevard currently under development.
